I undertake regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses ranging from Addiction, Bereavement, Baby and Brain Development, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Energy Work - Emotional Freedom Technique, Havening, Chakra work, Imago (relationship) Counselling, Lucid Dreaming, Mindfulness, Neuroscience, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Nutrition, Trauma and many others.
I am a qualified ITEC Massage Therapist.
I am also an athlete - long distance runner and enjoy a variety of body work; I believe in physical, spiritual and mental well-being.
I enjoy writing, painting, acting and a multitude of creative pursuits. I am an artist and a scientist. So a thinker and a feeler - I work with logic, feelings, sensations and intuition. Extroverts and Introverts and all those in between. I am an adventurer and explorer. Last and in no way least; Zen Buddhism and it's approach to all life, informs me and my way of being. I have worked in business corporations, charities and theatres.
